  • If you are unable to see an available time slot, please reach out to our friendly team and we will do our best to accommodate to your required dates. We do understand that sometimes these inspections can have time restraints.

  • We created this business with hands-on experience within the building and construction industry. We have both been involved in the construction and maintenance of homes allowing us to understand why something may be built the way it has, what problems could be a potential risk and being able to actively identify good or poor workmanship by trades. Our knowledge and experience are what sets us apart from others in this industry.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page, calling or emailing us by the contact details located on the bottom of each page. We aim to respond quickly, usually within one business day.

  • Absolutely! This is an additional inspection we offer that was created due to our previous experience with this common issue. We will attend the home after the waterproofing has been completed prior to any tiles being laid and inspect the waterproofing to your wet areas to ensure they are up to standard minimising any costly and damaging water leaks to your new home. We recommend this to our builders as well to allow thorough documentation through their build as well.

  • Once we have completed the inspection you will promptly receive your invoice. Once payment has been received you will then be sent your inspection report. If you are booking a single story or double story inspection the payments will be evenly distributed following each inspection.

  • We will send you a PDF version of your report through to your email within 24 hours of receiving payment. The only exception will be over the weekend in which you will receive your report on Monday.
